  • It proposes the creation of the Parc des Grands Domaines by various financial mechanisms (ex. Conversion of the building of Sainte-Jeanne-d’Arc Sisters into a hotel, more natural development of phase 3 of the promenade Samuel-de- Champlain and reallocation of savings generated in the acquisition of large areas, fundraising, increased land value, etc.)

  • It would allow Quebecers to discover large parts of its history and its cultural identity.
  • It would contribute to national pride and the prestige of the national capital.
