This project proposes to preserve, develop and connect heritage sites of interest while strengthening and improving the tourist offering in this territory.
It proposes the creation of the Parc des Grands Domaines by various financial mechanisms (ex. Conversion of the building of Sainte-Jeanne-d’Arc Sisters into a hotel, more natural development of phase 3 of the promenade Samuel-de- Champlain and reallocation of savings generated in the acquisition of large areas, fundraising, increased land value, etc.)
From Cape to Cape would allow the unique heritage sites that have shaped the history of Québec to become profitable.
It would allow Quebecers to discover large parts of its history and its cultural identity.
It would contribute to national pride and the prestige of the national capital.
